I started my career at a dental practice in Birtley and I qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 after I completed my training at Newcastle College. I then decided I wanted to move into orthodontics and I joined Dunelm in July 2013.

As a dental nurse I underwent additional training which allowed me to take radiographs and impressions.

In late 2018, I was offered the opportunity to train as an Orthodontic Therapist, and after a successful interview at UCLAN School of Medicine & Dentistry, I began my course in the Summer of 2019.
